CAP PVC

CAP PVC is a Metallic substrate precoated with a PVC film

This film can be formulated for internal/external purposes, can be in plain colours or printed, can have a smooth or grained surface and thanks to its features such as foodsafe approval, fire resistance and mechanical workability, the product can be used for many purposes and in many fields of application.

Moreover, the possibility to apply the PVC film in each side of the substrate, makes it even more flexible.

CAP HD+ Super Polyester

CAP HD+ is the new and innovative product that revolutionizes the market of precoated steel.

The research and development department has developed an organic coating with exceptional technical characteristics and extraordinary aesthetic qualities. The base metal, which constitutes the support of the product, undergoes a first chemical treatment after which several layers of polyester paint are applied in function of the final product. The product can be plain colour or printed. The total thickness of the organic coating can go up to 25/50 microns. The printed coating simulates complex materials such as wood effect, wall, cotto tile or corten. Moreover, they can be reproduced with aluFLEX and steelFLEX.

CAP VER

CAP ver is composed by a metallic substrate precoated with several layers of painting.

It is a product developed for the building trade and the industry in a generalized manner.

It has optimal aesthetic characteristics and it has a great mechanical workability and, moreover the aspect of the surface is free from defects and it’s available in high or low gloss version, depending on the Customer’s requirement.

A complete range of colours is available in our warehouse and moreover we have the possibility to produce colours on demand.

Thanks to the different nature of the paints, this product can be both used for indoor or outer purposes.

CAP PET is a Metallic substrate precoated with a PET film

The film can be transparent or printed in different colours and patterns, and offer a high or low gloss version, fire resistance, excellent stain resistance and mechanical workability; it can be used for many purposes and in many fields of application.

Moreover, it should be underlined that CAPpet is a fully recyclable material and there’s no use of PVC films, which represents an enormous advantage from an environmental point of view.

The product CAPpet is the most performing material among all precoated steels available on the market these days.
